Important safeguard measurements

Precautions:

1. Please comply with the laws and regulations of associated countries and regions when installing this luminaire.
2. Please turn off the power before installation or maintenance.
3. Proper grounding is required to ensure safety.
4. In order to prevent the risk of electric shock or fire,installation must be carried on professional operators with required electrical knowledge.
5. Please wear gloves before installing luminaires,avoiding injury.
6. Please contact with manufacturer/agent immediately if any damage happened during transportation.
7. Please carefully reading installation instruction and checking if no accessories is missing.Then following instruction steps to install the luminaire.
8. If smoke or spark are found during using,please immediately turn off the power and notify relevant personnel.

Only luminaires with “CS” or “CES” in the model number are equipped with Microwave Sensor.
Only luminaires with “CE” or “CES” in the model number are equipped with Backup battery and Test panel.
Only luminaires with “CCT” in the model number are equipped with DIP Switch.

Installation instruction:

Two installation methods:Surface Mount and Suspend install.(Please select the most suitable installation method according to your requirement).

Surface mount:

Step 1: Open the clips and take off the diffuser(Figure 1).
Step 2: Rotate both fixed knobs on gear tray,(Disconnect female connector from control gear if necessary)separate luminaire bracket from gear tray(Figure 2).
Step 3: Drill holes on the ceiling in the corresponding positions according to fix distance of luminaire bracket,insert M6 wall plugs into the holes,then secure the installation buckles to the ceiling with the provided M4 screws(Figure 3).
Step 4: Pull the power cable into the luminaire bracket from cable entry hole through Gland,then fix the luminaire bracket onto the installation buckles(Figure 4).
Step 5: Connect the power cable to terminal block according to right wires sequence(Figure 5).
Step 6: Suspend the gear tray with the slings which prefixed.(Figure 6).
Step 7: Install the gear tray to luminaire bracket,rotate the fixed knobs to fix gear tray,then install the diffuser back,fasten the clips.(Figure 7)

Suspend Mount:

Step 1: Separate the diffuser and gear tray from the luminaire bracket,refer to the Step 1,2 of Surface Mount.
Step 2: Drill 6mm holes on the ceiling in the corresponding positions according to disc holes position of hanging rope,insert M6 wall plugs into the holes,then fix hanging rope disc to ceiling with the provided M4 screws(Figure8).
Step 3: Secure the installation buckles onto hanging rope with provided M4 flat screws(Figure 9).
Step 4: Pull the power cable into the luminaire bracket from cable entry hole,then install the luminaire bracket onto the buckles(Figure 10).
Step 5: Refer to the 5,6,7 Steps of Surface Mount.

Driver setting:

Dip switch on control gear allows luminaire working under Half Power Mode(Figure 11).
DIP switch at On position:half power Mode.
DIP switch at Off position:full power Mode.
Default: Off position.

Emergency instruction (Figure 12)

(For Partial Models Only,See Model Description):

1, Green LED Indicator

LED On: Main supply on
LED Off: Main supply off

2, Red LED Indicator

LED On: Battery is in charging
LED Off: Battery was full charged or Main supply off or battery disconnected.

3, Yellow LED Indicator( fault indication)

LED continuously on :indicates work normal.
LED slow flash: indicates self-test carried out recently within 6days and passed.
LED fast flash: indicates latest self-test carried out recently and failed.
LED off : Main supply off.

1）Slow flash(4 seconds ON,1 second OFF) indicates self-test carried out within 6 days and self-test passed.This state will keep 6days after last self-test finished.Then change to continuous on.
2） Fast flash(0.5 second ON,0.5 second OFF) indicates latest self-test failed.This state will keep until next self-test passed.

4, Simulated emergency testing function:

Press the test button and hold on more than 1.5 seconds,the luminaire will simulate main supply failed and enter into emergency mode. Release test button,the luminaire will back to previous status.

5, Force self-test:

Press the test button and hold on more than 10 seconds,the luminaire will work under self-test mode . Release test button,the luminaire will back to previous status until self-test finished.Force self-test result will
be indicated by Yellow LED indicator.

6, Reset to pre-settings(operation with caution from non-specialists):

Press the test button 3 times within 3 seconds,three indicators will flash 3 time synchronously and the luminaire enter into default setting mode.Yellow and Red indicators will flash synchronously.

Flash Pattern as below. Each flash pattern will keep 3 times,if no test button pressed then back to normal mode. If press test button one short time during any flash pattern,it will change to another next flash pattern.Different flash pattern shows different parameters was set.

Flash once(2 seconds ON,1second OFF):

Parameters be reset to: a)disable self-test; b)Time standard 90 minutes;
c)Yellow LED indicator continuously on.

Flash twice(2 seconds ON,1 second OFF):
Parameters be reset to: a)every 6 months do self-test once; b)Time standard 90
minutes; c)Yellow LED indicator continuously on.

7, Switch off luminaire when under emergency mode:

Within 30minutes after main power failed,press the test button 3 times in 3 seconds,the luminaire will switch off.

Color Temperature Change Instruction

(For Partial Models Only,See Model Description)：

The DIP switch with three positions on the luminaire body can adjust CCT of the luminaire in three choices.(Figure13)

By selecting the combination on the DIP switch,sensor data can be precisely set for each specific application.

Detection area(Sensitive)
Detection area can be reduced by selecting the combination on the DIP switches to fit precisely each application.
Default value(100%,8-12m)

Hold time(Delay time)
Refers to the time period the luminaire remain sat 100%illumination after no motion detected.
Default value(3min)

Twilight Ratio
Refers to the twilight illumination value after no motion detected.
Default value (20%)

Twilight Time (Hold time)
This setting is for 2-step dimming sensor.
100%–>twilight(default value 20%)–> Switch off 0%.
Refers to the time period the luminaire remains at
twilight illumination after no motion detected.
Default value ( +∞,always keep twilight)
